HOW IT'S MADE:
We start by smoking the Keemun tea with cherry wood and then letting it rest to soften. From there we blend this leaf into the Assam CTC and the fold in the longer and twisted Assam leaf. The final blend rests for a week for the aromas to blend.
Hot: We recommend using 3 grams, or one tablespoon, of dry tea per 8-10 oz. water just off boil. Bring water to tea for this blend, place tea in pot or brewing vessel of choice and pour water directly over leaves. Steep 5 minutes.
Cold: There are better teas to enjoy iced.
