Inspired by the classic Mai Tai cocktail, and the feeling that leads you to ordering one. Give this tea a chance and it will most likely become your new favorite ice tea. Pair this tea with fruits, cheese and simple fair. Enjoy on its own or dress it up in mock-tail fashion for special occasions.

Made from Mao Feng, Jasmine Yin Hao and 1st Flush Darjeeling for a sturdy but delicate green tea character with floral and nutty nuances. Toasted Ashwaganda root builds up the nutty, creamy, sticky rice profile of the Mao Feng while grapefruit peel adds a bright citrus note that restrains the perfumed jasmine. Almond, orange zest and lime extracts bring it home, while not distracting the natural character of the tea.

Mao Feng green tea 30%

Toasted Ashwaganda root 20%

Jasmine Yin Hao green tea  20%

1st Flush Darjeeling 16%

Grapefruit Peel 10%

Almond extract 1%

Orange zest extract 2%

Lime zest extract 1%


Cold: We recommend steeping one tablespoon of dry tea per 8-10 oz. water at 180-190 F for 3 minutes. Strain and pour over ice and then add more ice to fill glass as needed.
