TYPE: SHOU PERHA dark, smooth, rich and flavorful tea with notes of roasted coffee and a naturally sweet and silky finish. Fully caffeinated, this tea is best at brunch or later. Pair with anything from toast and butter to apple pie––and pack it up in an insulated thermos and take it to the field.

Hot: We recommend using one tablespoon (6 grams), of dry tea leaves per 8-10 oz water at 190-210 degrees F. Place water in teapot and add tea, steeping 3 minutes. Enjoy and repeat.
Cold: Steep per hot tea suggestions and allow to cool. Pour over ice.
