TYPE: BLACK TEA
A distinguished medium bodied black tea with notes of sweet flowers, burnt sugar, toast and a perfect tannin finish. Fully caffeinated, this tea is best mid-morning or after. Pair with light sweets or cheese and fruit and finally finish reading The Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire.

Darjeeling 1st flush, Chamong, DJ04
Osmanthus flower, China
Vanilla bean, Madagascar
PREPARATION:
Hot: We recommend using one tablespoon (4 grams), of dry tea leaves per 8-10 oz water at 220 degrees F. Place tea in teapot and add water just off boil, steeping 5 minutes. Enjoy.
Cold: Steep per hot tea suggestions and allow to cool. Pour over ice.
