Full and round black teas with notes of malt, clover and honeysuckle are scented with a floral Italian Bergamot oil before being finished with a whisper of juniper. Tasteful, sophisticated, and refined, this tea drinks a damn slight better than your current Earl Grey. But it would never dream of saying such a thing.
2.1 oz (60g) loose tea (20 servings)
2nd flush Assam, Yunnan Ting Hung, Mingqian Black, Bergamot and Juniper oil.
We recommend using one tablespoon (3 grams), of dry tea leaves per 8-10 oz water just off boil. Pour water directly over tea leaves and allow to steep for 5 minutes.
Cold: Steep per hot tea suggestions and allow to cool. Pour over ice.
