Sweet, cool, floral, dandy—this is a tea tailored for spring and summer. Starting with the best peppermint in the world, we opened it up to show its creamier complexion by blending in a touch of oatstraw before sweetening it with Sri Lankan licorice root. A healthy dose of cardamom and a light touch of lavender make this tea bright, fresh and alive. We finished it with lime oil which lifts the aromatics into the next county.

Peppermint, Oatstraw, Licorice Root, Cardamom, Lavender, Lime Oil.
Hot: We recommend using one teaspoon (1.5 grams), of dry tea leaves per 8-10 oz water just off boil. Pour water directly over tea leaves and allow to steep for 5 minutes.
Cold: Steep per hot tea suggestions and allow to cool. Pour over ice.
