The beauty of this tea is in it's proportions and balance. The floral jasmine is restrained to a minor nuance while the black Mao Feng imparts a soft and smooth center.  Light to medium bodied with a gentle, nutty and serene character and long and potent finish.

7 oz (200g) loose tea (100 servings) PACKED IN A BIODEGRADEABLE KRAFT BAG

INGREDIENTS:

Green Mao Feng tea, Green Jasmine Yin Hao Tea, Black Mao Feng 

PREPARATION:

Hot:  We recommend one tablespoon of dry tea per 8-10 oz water at 185-195 degrees. Steep 3 minutes.

Cold:  Steep per hot tea suggestions and allow to cool before placing in refrigerator or pouring over ice.  OR, cold brew this tea for a sweeter and more delicate offering by placing in pitcher filled with cold water and refrigerating overnight.
