Soft, floral, warm and inviting, this is spring in a cup. Starting with a Jasmine green tea, we added a small amount of Huo Mountain yellow tea that we scented with Tahitian vanilla and rose. Then we added a touch of osmanthus for its sweet, nectar-like aroma. Delicate, yet full, intoxicating and dare we say, amorous.

Jasmine Yin Hao green tea, Hou Mountain Yellow tea, Osmanthus flower, Rose Essence, Tahitian Vanilla extract
Hot: We recommend using one teaspoon (2 grams), of dry tea leaves per 8-10 oz of water at around 180-190 degrees F. Pour water directly over tea leaves and allow to steep for 3 minutes.
Cold: Steep per hot tea suggestions and allow to cool. Pour over ice.
