HOW IT'S MADE:
We start by scenting the Darjeeling tea with freshly cracked nutmeg. Once complete we fold in the twisted Black Mao Feng leaf until blended, then set aside. We then gently toast the spices until fragrant and then fold into the tea while still warm. This blend is allowed to rest to homogenize and develop deep and complex aromas.
60 grams loose tea ( approximately 24 servings) packaged in cellophane bag and protected by our loose tea tray and sleeve. Clip for resealing bag provided.
Hot: We recommend using 2.5 grams, or one tablespoon, of dry tea leaves per 8-10 oz water just off boil. Bring water to tea for this blend, place tea in pot or brewing vessel of choice and pour water directly over leaves. Steep for 5 minutes.
Cold: Steep per hot tea suggestions and allow to cool before placing in refrigerator or pouring over ice.
