SEASON: 2024

Postcards expressing love for this tea hang on our refrigerator door. A sturdy black tea with the strength and astringency of an old-school builders blend but with notes of dark honey that linger on a dry finish.

This batch was made in November of 2024.

INGREDIENTS:

2ND FLUSH ASSAM,  TING HUNG YUNNAN, EAST OF RIFT KENYAN. 

CUPPING NOTES:

SMOOTH, RICH, AROMATIC, PIONEERING

CONTENTS:

60g, 2.1 oz LOOSE TEA (20 servings) IN HAND CRAFTED GIFT BOX

PREPARATION:

STEEP 1 TABLESPOON TEA IN 8-10 OZ WATER JUST OFF BOIL FOR 5 MINUTES.
