A staple ingredient in many wellness teas aimed at reducing stress and promoting better sleep.  We just made it taste better. We sifted out the fines and medium sized particulates, leaving only the larger ones ("overs") that most packers wouldn't touch.  This removes the bitter and earthy flavors commonly associated with ashwagandha, offering instead a clean and flavorful cup.

CUPPING NOTES:

Smooth and delicately sour with hints of dried vanilla and a clean finish. Suggest sweetening with honey and and adding a splash of cream.

PREPARATION:

STEEP 1 TABLESPOON TEA IN 8-10 OZ WATER JUST OFF BOIL FOR 5 MINUTES.
