A classic Chinese Bai Hao produced in Fujian China, this style of tea is allowed to oxidize more than many other oolongs creating a fuller and deeper character more similar to red teas. Medium charcoal firing gives this teas aromatics a baked rose aroma and its sweet and lingering flavor will keep you hooked from sip to sip.

This tea is best when brewed in small pots and gaiwans and with medium temp water.
Or, steep one tablespoon of tea leaves in 8 oz hot water at around 190 F for 3 minutes.
