TYPE: BLACK ICED TEA

Made for Vitaly Paley and the good folks at Chefs and Table in Kona Hawaii. A classic old school iced tea with added notes of honeysuckle and clover.  Bright, fresh, alive and naturally delicious. 

INGREDIENTS:

BLACK TEAS (SRI LANKAN DIMBULLA, CHINESE MINGQUAN, CHINESE KEEMUN HAO YA. 

CONTENTS:

60g, 2.1 OZ LOOSE TEA (10 SERVINGS) IN SIGNATURE MATCHBOOK GIFT BOX

PREPARATION:

STEEP 1 TABLESPOON IN 8-10 OZ WATER AT JUST OFF BOIL FOR 4-5 MINUTES. STRAIN INTO QUART SIZED PITCHER, TOPPING WITH COOL WATER.  POUR OVER ICE, ENJOY.

PAIR WITH SHADE AND A NICE OCEAN BREEZE.
