ORIGIN: ZHEJIANG

Produced in Zhejiang China and harvested in late spring, this is one of our favorite afternoon teas for its easy going vibes and wide variety of pairings.  It is smooth but substantial, round and full with a sweet and long finish.

CUPPING NOTES:

Medium bodied, smooth and sophisticated with notes of sweet potato and lingering finish.

PREPARATION:

STEEP 1 TEASPOON TEA IN 8-10 OZ WATER AT 170º-180ºF FOR 3-4 MINUTES.
