TYPE: HERBAL TEA

This foreigner's take on a classic Japanese tea. Made for cool summer evenings, toasting marshmallows by a fire, optimally, up in the hills. Toasty and nutty, with soft notes of cream, wood and spice.

INGREDIENTS:

ROASTED BUCKWHEAT, SARSAPARILLA ROOT, ATTIKKA, GINGER, TOASTED CINNAMON AND GOLDEN TURMERIC ROOT.

CONTENTS:

60g, 2.1 OZ LOOSE TEA (20 SERVINGS) IN SIGNATURE MATCHBOOK GIFT BOX

PREPARATION:

STEEP 1 TABLESPOON IN 8-10 OZ WATER AT JUST OFF BOIL FOR 4-5 MINUTES. OR, USE PERCOLATOR. ALSO DELICIOUS ICED.
