An old-school tea made in an old-school province in China with tones of terroir. Made in the early spring, the slow growth time of year, and coveted for its tiny and well sorted leaves, deep red liquor, and a full but smooth and oily mouthfeel—this is a tea for scotch and whiskey lovers.   

CUPPING NOTES:

Medium body, oily and or slick with notes of leather and spice that lingers on the tongue.

PREPARATION:

STEEP 1 TEASPOON TEA IN 8-10 OZ WATER JUST OFF BOIL FOR 5 MINUTES.
