PREPARATION:

STEEP 1 TABLESPOON IN 8-10 OZ WATER JUST OFF BOIL FOR 5 MINUTES. STRAIN, ENJOY, OR ADD A PLASH OF WARMED CREAM AND HONEY AND ENJOY EVEN MORE, THEN TUCK IN.
