TYPE: HERBAL ICED TEA

A hibiscus iced tea for the hottest of summer days. Part Kool-aid, part Sangria.  Cool, refreshing and vibrant with a natural sweetness and a gentle note of cinnamon on the finish.

Made for Vitaly Paley and the good folks at Chefs and Table in Kona Hawaii.

INGREDIENTS:

HIBISCUS FLOWERS, COFFEE CHERRY, ORANGE PEEL, CINNAMON, CARDAMOM HUSK, ORANGE OIL.

CONTENTS:

60g, 2.1 OZ LOOSE TEA (10 SERVINGS) IN SIGNATURE MATCHBOOK GIFT BOX

PREPARATION:

STEEP 1 TABLESPOON IN 8-10 OZ WATER AT JUST OFF BOIL FOR 4-5 MINUTES. STRAIN INTO QUART SIZED PITCHER, TOPPING WITH COOL WATER.  POUR OVER ICE, ENJOY.

PAIR WITH SUNSHINE AND RELAXED VIBES.
