Used in countless tea recipes since the dawn of time but rarely allowed to shine on its own, lemongrass can be delicious when dried just right and when freshly milled. This lot was imported just after harvest and milled upon arrival for fresh aromatics of lemon and  candied cereal.

CUPPING NOTES:

Bright citrus, sweet and softly green with a flavor similar to fruit loops.

100g, 3.5 OZ LOOSE TEA (60 SERVINGS) BIODEGRADABLE KRAFT BAG

PREPARATION:

STEEP 1 TEASPOON TEA IN 8-10 OZ WATER JUST OFF BOIL FOR 3-5 MINUTES.
