TYPE: OOLONG

SEASON: 2022

A classic tiekwanyin grown in Fujian China and made with a medium roast and slightly higher oxidation level than many others in the market. This makes for a fuller mouthfeel and a more nutty and toasty flavor.  I fell in love with his producer back in '99 and have been sourcing from them ever since.

CONTENTS:

200 g, (7 oz) loose tea (60+ servings) packed in biodegradable Kraft bag. Metal clip provided to seal once opened.

PREPARATION:

This tea is best prepared using a small pot or gaiwan and medium water temperature.

Or, steep one teaspoon of tea leaves in 8 oz hot water at around 190 F for 3 minutes.
