Made in Fujian China, in a time honored way, this oolong keeps to its roots. Charcoal roasted and less green than most others, for a bit more body, a dash of toast and a nutty flavor.

CUPPING NOTES:

Smooth, balanced and straightforward, with notes of swish chard and hints of carbon.

PREPARATION:

STEEP 1 TEASPOON TEA IN 8-10 OZ WATER AT 180º TO 190º F FOR 2-3 MINUTES. REPEAT.
