This years chai blend leans on sweet, charcoal roasted cinnamon, freshly cracked cardamom and spicy ginger. But from there we took some creative liberties and folded in notes of leather, butter and almonds for a rich and decadent chai tea inspired by Kote's Waystone Inn.
2.7 oz (75g) loose tea (20 servings)
2nd flush Assam, Keemun, cinnamon bark, ginger root, milk oolong, almond liquor.
Hot: We recommend one tablespoon of dry tea per 8-10 oz. water just off boil. Steep 5 minutes. Add dairy or milk alternative and sweeten it up if ya feel like it.
