MAY 2025

Spring is over and the harvests are in. Second Flush is in full swing and summer break is right around the corner. It is our favorite time of the year, the season of adventures.

We plan to spend as much of the summer as possible out of doors—heading upcountry to escape the heat but also to get away from the world for a bit. It is getting too crazy for our likes.

We let this feel and spirit shape our summer offerings. That, and some inspiration we found along the way.

We hope you enjoy.

pure summer refreshment

BOGATA

$22.00
té helado de hibisco

Flowers, coffee, rum and corn.

Bright, colorful and refreshing hibiscus, dipped in a rum-coffee extract sets the stage. Pink rose adds floral notes and a salinity that stretches the flavor. Columbian coffee cherry adds fruity depth and sweet-corn, well, adds a touch of sweetness.

The result is strikingly beautiful and delicous, with notes of dark and sour cherry and hints of flowers.

To be enjoyed on its own, by the pitcher, or as an ingredient in bespoke summer beverages.

GO CANADA, EH

Inspired by our friends up north, this is our toast to Canadians—the best neighbors one could ever ask for.

Strong and straightforward, rustic yet bright and balanced with gentle aromatics of maple, vanilla and bourbon.

A tea Tim Horton would enjoy himself, I think...at least that was the goal.
