TYPE: GREEN TEA

SEASON: 2022

A classic Mao Feng green tea made in the Zhijiang province of China.  Harvested in the early Spring and processed using dry hot air to neutralize oxidization, this style of green tea is less grassy and offers a more sweet, creamy and nutty flavor.   Sourced from a long standing producer we fell in love with decades ago, this is our go-to green tea.

CONTENTS:

200 g. (7 oz) loose tea (60+ servings) packed in biodegradable Kraft bag.  Metal clip provided for resealing.

PREPARATION:

Steep 1 teaspoon dry tea in 8-10 oz water at 180 degrees for 3 or so minutes.  This tea is also wonderful as cold brewed iced tea.
