BLACK TEA

SEASON: 2023

Originally introduced in 2019 and remade every year since. Made from second flush Assam, East of Rift Kenyan and a healthy dose of Chinese Yunnan, this tea has all the guts and glory of a premium breakfast tea along with nuanced notes of dark honey, leather and tobacco.

This batch was made in October of 2023.

INGREDIENTS:

2ND FLUSH ASSAM,  TING HUNG YUNNAN, EAST OF RIFT KENYAN. 

CUPPING NOTES:

SMOOTH, RICH, AROMATIC, PIONEERING

CONTENTS:

60g, 2.1 oz LOOSE TEA (20 servings) IN HAND CRAFTED GIFT BOX

PREPARATION:

STEEP 1 TABLESPOON TEA IN 8-10 OZ WATER JUST OFF BOIL FOR 5 MINUTES.
