2.4oz / 68g Loose tea.
For a classic experience: Steep 1 heaping tablespoon in 3 oz boiling water for 5 min. Add 1 heaping tablespoon sugar. Stir and dissolve. Add 3oz cool water. Strain into tall glass with ice. Rinse teapot, then add 1 teaspoon sugar to 2 oz half & half or cream. Swirl to dissolve then pour over iced tea.
