TYPE: BLACK ICE TEA
Inspired by the idea of a classic ice tea that was raised behind a bar. We leaned towards flavor and tannin verses brisk and croppy, for an ice tea casual enough to just pour over ice but cool enough to serve to the hippest mixologist.
Made from a blend of Kenyan, Assam and 2nd flush Darjeeling black teas for a medium bodied tea but with flavor and complex tannin. Grapefruit peel adds a touch of citrus bite while Cascadia hop extract adds a piney citrus finish.

INGREDIENTS / RECIPE:
Kenyan EOR black tea 45%
2nd Flush Assam 31%
2nd flush Darjeeling 10%
Grapefruit Peel 10%
Cascadia Hops extract 4%
Hot: We recommend one tablespoon of dry tea per 8-10 oz. water just off boil. Steep 5 minutes.
